On August 28th, the Nantong New Materials Industry Chamber of Commerce conducted industry university research cooperation and legal enterprise protection activities in our company. Gu Roujian, President of Nantong New Materials Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Zhengwei New Materials, attended and delivered a speech. Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, Fang Xuezhong, presided over the meeting. Representatives from East China University of Technology, Nantong Lawyers Association, and member enterprises of the Chamber of Commerce attended the event. Attending entrepreneurs, renowned scholars, and industry association guests gathered together to discuss industrial development and plan for the future of the industry.
Gu Roujian stated that global technological innovation is increasingly showing new features of multiple bursts, mutual penetration, and cross integration. Cross boundary, cross industry, and cross domain new technologies, products, and services are constantly emerging, becoming a breakthrough point for a new leap in social productivity. The New Materials Chamber of Commerce benefits from the strong support of the Nantong Municipal Party Committee and Government, which can integrate more high-quality resources to serve all member enterprises and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
During this event, our technical center personnel, the general manager of relevant business units, and professors Xu Shi'ai and Liu Xiaoyun from East China University of Technology had in-depth exchanges on topics such as the research and development application of new materials and products, as well as global industrial development trends. We established long-term communication channels with each other to facilitate mutual understanding of research and development achievements between enterprises and universities in the future, and jointly formed research teams to promote deep integration of industry, academia, and research.
Lawyers Zhang Yingjun, Chen Zhixin, and Tang Jianming from the Nantong Lawyers Association, along with representatives of member enterprises and personnel from our Ministry of Justice, jointly discussed building a legal enterprise communication platform and formed a consensus to help enterprises avoid legal risks in their development through practical actions, and contribute to optimizing the business environment in our city.
